  ameda.lv will redirect you to the internet bank page and transfer the data about the amount that needs to be paid to the bank-link system.
  After paying for the order, we will send the product to the address you specified.

Adding products to the shopping cart

1. Choose a product
2. Specify quantity and color (for compression products specify size as well)
3. Click “”Add to Cart”
4. If you don’t want to add anything more to the cart, click on the cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.

2. Check the order amount
3. If you have a discount code, enter it to apply the discount.
4. Go to “Checkout”

Placing the order

1. Choose the delivery method: you can either pick up the ordered items at the store or have them delivered to your door by a courier company
2. Provide the required contact information
3. Press “Complete Order”
4. Next, you will be readdressed to the payment window, where you can choose your payment method and make the payment with a bank card or through your favorite online banking system
5. Make the payment.

You will receive the purchase confirmation in the e-mail you have specified.

For compression stockings, the correct size is very important. Therefore, special attention should be paid to taking measurements.
When ordering stockings, specify all necessary sizes in the boxes provided.

Some suggestions:

• It is best to take the measurements in the morning.
• When measuring the ankle, measure the thinnest part above the ankle bone.
• The tape measure should be placed tightly, but without pressing too much – just around the leg.
• To measure the leg length more accurately, ask for someone’s help if possible.
• If the legs are swollen you will not be able to determine the correct size manually. In such cases, we recommend visiting Dr. Maurins clinic specialists who will help you choose the right stockings.

Use the website search engine, or in the Shop section, use the filters in the selection bar to mark the parameters specified in the prescription in order to find the necessary product more easily.

SIA Flebomedika reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have received Products back.

Please note that you will not be able to exercise this right of withdrawal if you have used the product, damaged original package of a Product and/or a product.

You have the right to refuse Products received within 14 days, without mentioning the reason.  You may exercise the right of withdrawal by giving us notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

To use the right to refuse product, you have to inform us about your decision by:

You are obliged to send the Products to the SIA Flebomedika address( Latvia, Riga, Brivibas 148-68) within 14 days since you have used your right to refuse the product . Please note that you will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. SIA Flebomedika reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have received Products back.

The refund will be made within 14 days, since the day we have received returned Product, using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, no additional fee will be charged to you for such refund.

Please note that you will not be able to exercise this right of withdrawal if  you have used the product, damaged original package of a Product and/or a product or if  it is more than 14 days since you have received Products.
